Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and guardian of our hotel during overnight hours. This pivotal role combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, ensuring a seamless experience for guests while maintaining the security and smooth operation of the front desk. Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs efficiently.
- Check guests in and out using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with friendly, clear communication.
- Monitor security cameras, perform nightly audits, and ensure the safety of all guests and staff during overnight hours.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and billing procedures with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth operations and compliance.




- Assist with administrative tasks such as balancing accounts, preparing reports, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed.

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world.
- Robust phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally over multi-line phone systems.
- Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel environment, demonstrating warmth and professionalism.
- Excellent front desk skills including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and guest relations.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, security protocols, and guest services best practices.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts.
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
