As an Advice Centre Manager, you’ll manage your branch and play a strategic role by guiding your team and helping each member achieve their objectives. With an approach focused on listening and daily coaching, you can help them develop professionally while ensuring the Bank's vision is applied. You’ll ensure the effective management of operations, maximizing synergy and collaboration within your team and with internal and external partners.

Your role is crucial to ensure a high-quality client experience and achieve outstanding performance results. Coach banking advisors and support them daily and in their career path to help them reach their full potential. Ensure the smooth operation, synergy and performance of your Advice Centre by encouraging operational excellence and high-quality advice.

Ensure compliance with identification, security and privacy standards to protect client and banking data and manage risk.
