Mac N Wings – York 105 The Pond Road, York, ON

Mac N Wings is hiring Part-Time and Full time Restaurant Staff for our new York location.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, friendly, and customer-focused team members for the following positions:

- Front Counter / Cashier
- Kitchen Staff

Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Front Counter / Cashier

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take orders accurately in person, by phone, and online
- Operate POS and process cash, debit, and credit payments
- Answer customer questions and provide menu information
- Prepare and package orders accurately
- Assist with takeout and delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer-facing areas
- Restock front-of-house supplies
- Follow food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards

Kitchen Staff

- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Prepare chicken, wings, sandwiches, sides, sauces, and other menu items
- Follow food preparation, portion-control, and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and kitchen areas




- Stock food and kitchen supplies
- Work with front counter staff to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
- Assist with opening, closing, and other kitchen duties as required

Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Willingness to learn
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
