Recent Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP) is seeking a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) to support patients with complex needs within Zone 2. The role emphasizes leadership in wound, ostomy and continence care, based on best practices and within EMP’s Wound Care Framework. The NSWOC collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to assess and develop comprehensive care plans, coordinates with internal and external partners, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives
