- Lead patient care as MRP for newborns
- Conduct assessments and clinical management for newborns
- Identify and address neonatal health concerns
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide education to parents on newborn care Requirements:
- Master’s degree in nursing required
- Registration with CNO in Extended Class
- Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
