Join Intact as an Observability / DevOps Advisor, pivotal in enhancing our applications and services. Engage with observability platforms and practices to boost system reliability in a hybrid work model. This role within the SRE & Operational Intelligence team requires a seasoned expert with over 5 years in developer or DevOps roles.
You will onboard teams and improve observability using artificial intelligence and CI/CD pipelines. Your ability to support production incidents and evolve our ecosystem will be crucial. Key Responsibilities:
- Support teams during production incidents effectively
- Onboard new applications and services onto observability platforms
- Enhance tools and pipelines to improve operational practices
- Implement industry best practices for observability
- Train teams on effective observability usage Requirements:
- 5+ years in developer or DevOps roles
- Robust CI/CD pipeline experience with Terraform
- Proficient in AI applications in software contexts
- Bilingual in French and English
