We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher (OCT) to inspire and educate students in a dynamic classroom workplace. As a Math Teacher (OCT), you will play a vital role in shaping the mathematical understanding of students across various grade levels, including those requiring special education accommodations.

Duties

- Deliver engaging math lessons aligned with Ontario curriculum standards to inspire student interest and understanding

- No lesson planning required (utilizing pre-existing supplementary worksheets and structured programs).

- Stable, predictable after-school/weekend hours.

- A supportive, professional learning center environment.





- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback to support growth

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student success

- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and collaboration skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at various grade levels

- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students of all abilities

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
