We are compiling a list of eager individuals that are interested in working on an on-call basis. Attached is an application form for you to fill out to submit to the Gitsegukla Administration Receptionist.

Guidelines:

- Fill out form to the best of your ability.
- Although not required, please attach a resume with any certifications that you may have. This will be used when we begin to reference the list of individuals that would like to work.
- If you don’t have the experience, feel free to mark off any role that you are interested in. Please indicate that you are interested in gaining experience by using the space provided in the application.

Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. All applications will be kept on-file and referenced when needed.
