This role focuses on facilitating protected and supportive family visits in a community-centered environment. We are seeking a compassionate On-Site Worker to join our dedicated team in Ottawa.

This position is critical in ensuring child-focused and neutral environments during supervised visits. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment, thriving in emotionally sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor safe and neutral supervised visits and exchanges
- Update program schedules and inform clients promptly
- Prepare welcoming visit spaces and activities
- Enforce program guidelines and intervene when necessary
- Supervise visits when volunteer monitors are unavailable Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary in social services preferred
- At least two years of related experience
- Knowledge of child custody and family dynamics
- Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
