The Field Medical Associate
Director in Oncology will empower medical science liaisons (MSLs) while executing strategic plans aimed at the scientific community. This role requires a strong focus on oncology, talent development, and effective stakeholder management. You'll guide initiatives and ensure high-level engagement for improved patient outcomes through innovative research and treatments. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic MSL interface with key opinion leaders
- Enhance MSL capabilities through coaching and training
- Manage medical engagement plans and MSL resources
- Develop recruiting plans to grow the team
- Monitor KPIs and provide feedback on MSL performance Requirements:
- Master’s or higher degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare
- 3+ years in oncology roles
- Proven people management experience
