Blue Heron Montessori

We are looking for a one on one support worker as soon as possible, for a part time position.

One of our children has been approved for 20 hours per week of one on one support work. The right candidate will have experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

The current hours would be 9 am-1pm, Monday to Friday.

We are a progressive Montessori environment for children ages 2.5-5 years old. We function with 4/5 educators to 24 students, providing flexibility for staff to take time off and offering more one-on-one opportunities with the children.



We follow Montessori philosophies and use Montessori materials, but we have an updated approach that is in line with current best practice standards. We incorporate play-based learning experiences into our program to provide a dynamic and exciting environment.

We are looking for a candidate that will be in line with our values and is passionate about their work with children and families.

We are offering $22-$25/hour with opportunity for annual increase. We also are enrolled in the Wage Enhancement program, which provides a top up of $6/hour, bringing your wage to $29-$31/hr.
