Zubic Law in Ontario is seeking an experienced Real Estate Clerk to join on a contract basis, hybrid or remote from our Niagara Falls office. You will support Ontario residential and commercial real estate files from opening to closing, collaborating with our lawyer and legal team to deliver smooth closings.

The successful candidate will work independently, manage file timelines, coordinate with lenders, Teranet/Teraview, and closing partners, and maintain accurate electronic files while
