Metrolinx in Ontario is seeking a specialist to lead operational readiness initiatives within the GO & UP Operational Readiness & Performance division. You will apply technical expertise to analyze readiness, design, construction and commissioning issues, and support protected, reliable delivery of projects and service changes.

You will mentor Project Coordinators, review engineering drawings, and develop learning plans while shaping policies and templates to improve readiness.
