Drive operational insights as a Financial Analyst in Ontario. Support key financial decision-making for the finance team and store operators while enhancing business processes and reporting. As a Financial Analyst, Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Manager and Director of Finance Operations.
Your role entails performing complex analyses, assisting with forecasting and budgeting, and preparing analytical reports in systems like SAP and Longview. You'll also identify cost-reduction opportunities by working with cross-functional teams focused on business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform moderately complex financial analysis
- Improve functional area processes continuously
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare analytical reports and communicate results
- Analyze capital investment opportunities as needed Requirements:
- University degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Suite
