Role Description

Seeking a full time Operations Pharmacist to support the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy and help ensure protected, efficient, and compliant medication services. Must have a strong background in pharmacy operations

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily pharmacy workflow and operational activities
- Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Support business growth and initiatives across all departments
- Support inventory management, purchasing, billing,



and medication distribution
- Maintain compliance with OCP standards, legislation, and internal policies
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and delivery service/logistics
- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, assistants, management, and external partners
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business units
- Assist with staff training, quality assurance, documentation, and operational initiatives

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of pharmacy operations
- Comfortable working collaboratively while taking ownership of operational issues
- Previous community, specialty, or pharmacy operations experience is preferred
- Expertise with Kroll software
