Big Country Equipment is seeking Fuel & Lube Operators to join their team in Ontario, Canada. These professionals will service a variety of heavy equipment in a mining workplace, ensuring machinery is fueled, lubricated, and maintained for optimal performance. The role offers a 14/14 rotation, paid flights from anywhere in Canada, and shared accommodations at no cost. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to work in remote camp settings.

What You’ll Need

- At least one year of experience operating a fuel and lube truck (preferred)




- Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, or Hitachi equipment (asset)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably
- Pass an 8-panel drug test (including marijuana) and alcohol breath test
- Clean 5-year driver’s abstract
- Pass a Criminal Record check
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, in all weather conditions
- Ability to reside in remote camps on a rotational schedule
- Provide at least 2 direct supervisor references
