Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Required Skills

- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Perks, CORE HR and Payroll modules for CANADA

- Candidate should be proficient in all the CANADA Payroll, Pension and Benefits Processes

- Hands-on experience in HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, HCM Extracts, HSDL, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader

- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations,



data migrations and reports related to Payroll, CORE HR and Benefits and other modules

- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of OIC would be a plus

- Basic security understanding of integrations and reports catalogue (BIP)

- Awareness of SOAP/WSDL, Rest APIs, file transmissions, etc.

- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

- Should have excellent problem-solving skills

- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
