# Order Picker – Day Shift

- *Location:** Ancaster, Ontario
- *Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- *Transportation: This location is not accessible by public transit. Reliable transportation is required.**

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is looking for reliable and experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join a busy clothing distribution warehouse. These are long-term, steady positions for candidates who are comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment and want consistent employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Picking clothing and apparel orders accurately according to pick lists or RF scanner instructions
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment
- Locating products throughout the warehouse
- Verifying item numbers, styles, sizes, colours and quantities
- Maintaining a consistent picking pace while minimizing errors
- Walking and standing for most of the shift
- Keeping your work area organized and following warehouse safety procedures

What We’re Looking For





- Previous warehouse order picking and packing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working with clothing, apparel, footwear, retail merchandise or similar products is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Good physical stamina — this is an active position involving significant walking throughout the shift
- Comfortable working toward productivity and accuracy targets
- Able to work independently while contributing to the warehouse team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Looking for steady, long-term employment, rather than short-term or temporary work

- *Monday to Friday**
- *7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.**

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious and confident operating a Crown Reach. Candidates who also have Crown Order Picker experience will be given additional consideration.
