We’re looking for a New Patient Coordinator with orthodontic experience who is passionate about people, thrives on building relationships, and loves helping patients and families feel confident about their care.

With our established Airdrie practice and a new South West Calgary location coming soon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and grow alongside a practice with big plans.

What you’ll do...

- Welcome new patients and families, making their first experience with Braces Plus exceptional.
- Coordinate new patient inquiries, consultations, and appointment bookings.
- Build relationships with referring dental offices and help strengthen our referral partnerships.
- Verify insurance coverage and help families understand their benefits.
- Prepare and review new patient contracts, treatment fees, and financial arrangements.
- Keep communication organized, timely, and personal from the first inquiry onward.
- Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless patient experience.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
