Mission: Support customer needs related to seasonal and outdoor products.

Responsibilities:

● Respond to propane requests, filling propane tanks for customers (training and certification provided)

● Respond to fertilizer requests, helping customers select the required products.

● Support outdoor merchandise inquiries.

● Respond to Scan & Buy calls and provide customer assistance with loading purchases into their vehicle.

● Maintain outdoor containers and white tents, keeping merchandise organized.

● Manage inventory for offsite garden centre and parking lot locations.

This position offer an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, inventory control, and team collaboration while contributing to a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or shipment handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, warehouse operations,



or inventory management considered an asset
- Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks considered an asset
