Across these diverse industries, we adhere to one performance standard: customer satisfaction.Responsibilities• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers• Data entry and customer retail services• Assign sales staff duties and prepare work schedules• Provide advice to customers concerning printing, design,



and services• Assist orders and maintains inventory of printing supplies• Maintain sales records for inventory control• Maintain master files of common and standard print jobs• Maintain print job records, prepare sales reports and cost reports of various print jobs• To perform supervisory duties on customers printing orders of commercial printed materials, photocopies and printing requested documents, forms, and reports• Assist manager to train new staff and sales administration work• Resolve any problems that arises, such as customer complaints and enquiriesExperience:

- Some customer service experience• Fluency in English a must• Print experience is an asset but not a requirementSkills:
- Ability to effectively communicate professionally with clients• Solid analytical skills• Results orientated• Ability to work independently• Self Starter• Excellent PC and system skillsWork Hours and Salary:

- 30-35 hours per week, $18.50 per hour
