DP Tile & Stone is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking someone who understands the tile, stone, building materials, or interior design industry and is confident developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business with designers, builders, contractors and other industry professionals
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Present and recommend tile and stone products for residential and commercial projects
- Follow up on projects, quotations and sales opportunities
- Work closely with our showroom and internal team to ensure excellent customer service
- Meet sales and gross-profit targets

Requirements

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tile, stone, flooring, building materials or the design industry
- Existing relationships within the design,



builder or contractor community are a strong asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable developing new business
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of tile and stone products is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
