Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that delights guests
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, and service areas throughout your shift
- Following proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipt issuance




- Support team members in maintaining a smooth operation during overnight hours by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Posi Touch POS would be considard is a plus
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Experience in cashiering or serving in a restaurant or food industry setting is advantageous
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is key
