Paid Social Specialist

We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join a rapid-paced digital media team supporting a diverse portfolio of consumer-focused brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the ad platforms and enjoys building, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to drive performance across multiple channels while delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns
- Execute campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization recommendations
- Create and maintain performance reports using Excel
- Analyze campaign results and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with account, strategy, and analytics teams
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

What We're Looking For




- 2-7 years of paid social advertising experience
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns within ad platforms
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and other paid social channels
- Experience creating client-facing reports and presentations
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Agency or multi-client experience is highly preferred

Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
- Exposure to consumer-focused brands and high-volume campaign environments
- Familiarity with digital media measurement and attribution
