Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in Thornhill. This role is vital in supporting our legal and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

- Legal research and document preparation.
- Filing of documents through the Justice Service's portal
- Manage case files and organize legal data efficiently.
- Conduct thorough proofreading of legal documents.
- Utilize legal research tools such as ACL and Excel effectively.
- Support project management activities related to legal cases.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to qualified standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Qualifications




- Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Proficiency with ACL Legal software
- Excellent writing and legal drafting abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Previous experience with ACL or similar document management systems is a plus.
- Paralegal license is required
