What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the eyes and ears of our parking network, balancing smart technology enforcement with hands-on field operations.

- High-Tech Mobile Enforcement: Utilize license plate recognition (LPR) technology and mobile scanners to check compliance and issue parking violations swiftly and accurately.
- Field Operations & Installation: Keep our sites running smoothly by assembling and installing parking signage and directional markers.
- Pay Station Maintenance: Serve as the first line of technical support by inspecting, servicing, and troubleshooting automated pay stations.
- Site Upkeep & Garbage Pickup: Must be comfortable with regular garbage pickup and litter collection. Perform routine cleaning and site maintenance to ensure our parking facilities remain spotless, safe, and welcoming for the public.

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (reliable personal vehicle required for field work)
- Robust attention to detail and comfort using mobile technology/scanners
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting signs, servicing equipment, cleaning)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with the public
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage time effectively without direct supervision
