- Part Time Budtender / Key Holder

We’re looking for an experienced sales minded budtender to join our team. You would be working primarily out of our 1359 Broadway Ave location.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Help foster and maintain a loyal customer base through outstanding customer service
- Professionally and courteously handle customer inquiries and feedback
- Professionally and courteously direct all customer complaints or concerns to ASM or SM
- Engage in extensive and ongoing product knowledge
- Educate customers and dispel misinformation regarding cannabis products, consumption methods, and regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store
- Promote and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Understand, adhere to, and uphold industry regulations and company policies
- Process POS and cash payments and returns
- Verifying proper ID for customers, ensuring no sales to minors
- Ensure sales floor remains stocked
- Receive cannabis and other merchandise
- Maintain and actively strive towards sales goals on a daily and weekly basis




- Open and close the store, ensuring proper security measures are in place
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
- Retail or sales experience, with special consideration for cannabis industry retail (minimum 2 years)
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Requirements:

- Pre-Employment Background Check
- Valid CannaSell certificate
- Evening and weekend availability
- 19 years of age or older as required by industry
