Are you looking for a flexible, people-focused role where you can learn more about the veterinary field? We’re seeking a Part-Time Client Services Representative to join our team for 10-30 hours per week with potential for full-time in the future, Saturday availability required.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with check-ins, scheduling, and payments
- Answer phones and help clients with questions
- Learn to triage patients and assess the urgency of concerns to determine appropriate booking timelines
- Provide top-notch customer service to support clients during routine visits and stressful moments
- Guide clients and their pets through the process of getting the care they need, from first contact to follow-up




- Support our veterinary team with a variety of front-desk and administrative tasks
- Keep our lobby organized, clean, and inviting

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, reliable communicator who loves helping people and animals
- Someone who can stay calm, upbeat, and organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Minimum of 18 years of age
