About the Role

You’ll be the face of Sheldon Creek on the road. Driving our company-owned refrigerated cargo van, you’ll deliver our dairy products and other Ontario-made goods to small and medium independent retailers, many of them loyal, long-time customers, within a two-hour radius of the farm.

This is a 1–2 day per week position (10–20 hours), with more hours available if you want them. You’ll also help cover routes when other drivers are on vacation. If you enjoy a bit of variety, this is a great fit.

At each stop, you’ll do more than drop off product. You’ll do a quick in-store check to make sure our products are well stocked, merchandised properly, and within date, and you’ll build friendly relationships with the store teams along the way.

No experience with dairy delivery? No problem. We’ll train you through hands-on shadowing until you’re confident running a route on your own.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver dairy and Ontario-made products to businesses along your route
- Load and unload product from the delivery vehicle
- Operate refrigerated delivery trucks and vans
- Use a dolly to move large orders safely and efficiently
- Handle questions or concerns from customers and management professionally

What You Bring
- A love of driving and comfort navigating Toronto and the GTA
- A great personality and genuine people skills: you enjoy building relationships
- Transparent verbal and written communication
- Strong organization; you can keep multiple orders and products straight
- Ability to lift cases up to 50 lbs and move orders up to 300 lbs with a dolly
- Comfort using a GPS and good knowledge of Ontario
- A cell phone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driving experience is an asset

Must-Haves
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- Must be 25 or older (insurance requirement)
- Must pass a criminal background check
