This role includes providing personal care and ensuring student safety, while fostering positive interactions among children. A background in play-based learning and Hanen training will enhance your impact in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage positive interactions among young students
- Provide personal care as needed including toileting and feeding
- Ensure student safety through close supervision
- Assist students with life skills tools and activities
- Maintain collegial relationships with educational staff Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a primary setting
- Background in play-based learning is an asset
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and safety standards
- Strong communication and patience skills
