Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Perform various administrative and support tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Complete any other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
ProfileExcellent customer service skills. Friendly, professional demeanor and polished appearance.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Reliable, punctual, and well organized.
