I’m looking for a part-time Finance & Operations Manager in Toronto to help me stay on top of my personal and business financial affairs.

The role involves tracking investments and payments, following up on amounts owed, coordinating bills and records, working with my accountants and bookkeepers, and helping manage related administrative matters. I’m looking for someone who is organized, discreet, comfortable working across multiple businesses, and very positive at following things through.

The position is initially 15–20 hours a week, with some in-person availability. Pay is $50–$70 per hour, depending on experience.
