Aylmer Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder/supervisor to lead our retail environment! In this energetic role, you will support store operations, assist customers, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. As a Key Holder, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a vibrant, quick-paced setting. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Open and close the store securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed

- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases, including technology sales and upselling opportunities

- Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and cash handling

- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels to attract shoppers

- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization





- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously

- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is advantageous

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction capabilities

- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions

- Excellent organizational skills with time management to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Experience in merchandising, upselling, and promoting products to maximize sales opportunities

- Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced setting

- Weekends and evening availability is a must!

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
