Job Overview

Hotchi Food is looking for a reliable Part-Time Kimchi Production & Packaging Worker to join our team in Burnaby.

You will help prepare kimchi, package finished products, and maintain a clean and sanitary work area. No previous food production experience is required. Training will be provided.

Schedule & Pay

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 3:00 PM–8:00 PM 20 hours per week $19 per hour Consistent weekly schedule

Duties
- Cut, salt, and prepare cabbage and other vegetables Mix vegetables with kimchi seasoning Weigh, package, and label products accurately Pack finished products into boxes for shipment Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment Follow food safety procedures and production instructions

Qualifications & Experience
- Reliable, punctual,



and responsible Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Careful and attentive to cleanliness and food safety Comfortable with repetitive food preparation and packaging tasks Available to work all four scheduled days Interested in a long-term part-time position Previous food production experience is an asset but is not required

FOODSAFE Level 1 FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is preferred. Candidates willing to obtain certification are also welcome to apply. Certification costs will be reimbursed after three months of employment.
