You'll provide care within your defined scope, ensuring a secure setting while responding effectively to emergencies. Work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend in a cooperative and rewarding atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor health status of clients in transitional programs
- Provide nursing services within defined scope of practice
- Ensure safety and security of clients, staff, and guests
- Respond to emergencies with appropriate actions
- Collaborate effectively within a caring team environment Requirements:
- Completion of an approved program for practical nurses
- Current Registered Nursing Certificate of Competence in Ontario
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with individuals with disabilities is an asset
