Overview

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Rental Agent to join our Mississauga team. You will be the first and last person our customers see, handling pickups and returns and making sure every rental goes smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and complete rental agreements at pickup and return
- Verify driver's licences, payment and reservation details
- Explain rental terms, coverage options and upgrades, and offer the ones that fit the customer's trip
- Inspect vehicles with customers and document condition, fuel and mileage
- Answer phone and email inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Move vehicles on the lot and help keep them clean and rental-ready
- Keep the counter and paperwork accurate and organized

Qualifications





- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Customer service or sales experience (car rental, hospitality or retail experience is an asset)
- Clear, friendly communication in English; other languages are an asset
- Comfortable with computers and learning a reservation system
- Dependable and punctual, with availability on days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work on your feet and outdoors in all seasons
