In this permanent, part-time role, you will provide strength-based support, ensuring safety and well-being for children. Engage in developing individualized care plans while fostering a positive environment through active supervision and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate support for children with diverse needs
- Develop and review individualized care and support plans
- Implement effective behaviour support strategies
- Collaborate to maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities promoting wellness Requirements:
- 19 years or older with relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in trauma-informed and inclusive practices
- Solid planning and organizational skills
- Clear communication and professionalism
