District is seeking a qualified individual for a 0.57 FTE temporary position. Candidates must hold a Master’s in counselling and have experience at the secondary level. You will work collaboratively with staff and play a critical role in coordinating support for students and families. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counselling services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with staff to implement effective SEL interventions
- Liaise with parents and external agencies for support
- Assess and respond to student crises effectively
- Embed Indigenous culture in counselling practices Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counselling is required
- Experience as a secondary school counsellor
- Familiarity with the BC Graduation Program
- Knowledge of student exceptionalities and crisis response
