Store Supervisor

About the Role

As a Store Supervisor, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the store while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive store performance, ensure operational excellence, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and Company requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, and creating a positive, customer-focused environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support store operations during assigned shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a welcoming shopping experience.
- Coach, support, and motivate team members while fostering a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations, Company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
- Monitor and support sales performance and customer engagement.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising,



receiving, and stock control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Support loss prevention, cash handling, and asset protection practices.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Assist with employee training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Help ensure operational goals, store standards, and performance expectations are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 19 years of age.
- Previous retail experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead by example and effectively support and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working with technology, point-of-sale systems, and retail operating procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Valid CannaSell certification (or ability to obtain before hire).
- Satisfactory criminal record check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
