A truck waiting on parts isn’t making money. A technician hunting for supplies isn’t fixing equipment. That’s where you come in.

Our crew keeps trucks, mine equipment, drill rigs and generators working across BC. We’re looking for a sharp, dependable parts person who can track down the right part, get it here and have it ready before the technician needs it.

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships with suppliers and being the person who keeps a busy shop moving, you’ll fit right in.

Your role

You’ll take ownership of parts from the first request through to the job being completed. That means clear communication, accurate ordering and follow through, people can count on.

- Find the right part. Source and verify parts using VINs, serial numbers, diagrams and supplier support.
- Keep jobs moving. Get accurate pricing and availability to customers and the service team quickly so approvals don’t hold up repairs.
- Stay ahead of deliveries. Track orders, chase delays and find alternatives when a supplier can’t deliver.
- Set technicians up for success. Pull, label and stage parts by work order before scheduled jobs begin.
- Own the parts room. Receive, inspect and put away deliveries the same day. Keep shelves organized and work areas clear.
- Prevent shortages. Maintain stock levels for fluids, shop supplies and everyday consumables.
- Keep records accurate. Record requests, orders, costs and status updates in our shop management software.
- Close the loop. Manage returns, cores, warranty claims and credits so nothing gets forgotten.




- Communicate daily. Make sure technicians know what’s arrived, what’s delayed and when they can expect it.

What you bring
- Experience in heavy truck, equipment, agricultural or automotive parts. Heavy-duty experience is a strong asset.
- Attention to detail you check fitment before placing the order.
- Confidence on the phone and a practical approach to finding solutions.
- Robust organization and the ability to prioritize when several jobs need parts at once.
- Reliable follow-through. When you say you’ll call back, you do.
- Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn our shop software.
- A valid BC driver’s licence for occasional parts runs.

Bonus points: Forklift certification or familiarity with Cat, Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR or generator parts.
