Duties

- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all aspects of food handling and kitchen operations
- Assist in inventory management by organizing ingredients and supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining menu items and accommodating special requests when needed





Qualifications

- Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts
- Skilled in baking techniques, knife skills, and culinary arts specific to pastries and confections
- Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards in a kitchen environment
- Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
