$40,000 annual base salary + performance-based commission (OTE $75,000–$90,000)

ABOUT PREVIVO:

Previvo is a Winnipeg-based longevity clinic offering preventive medicine, advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, and medical aesthetics. We help people take a proactive approach to their health. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our reach and grow our patient base.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to help build the business, not simply manage inquiries. You will generate current patient opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and partnerships while also activating an existing database of warm leads from day one. Your sales results will directly shape clinic growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Generate new patient leads through outreach, networking, and local partnerships.
- Manage inquiries and follow up to book consultations and secure enrolments.




- Explain available services in a non-clinical sales capacity and coordinate next steps with the healthcare team.
- Work the CRM leads daily — follow up persistently, call, and close. No lead goes cold.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 2+ years of sales or business development experience with measurable results.
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business independently.
- Confident communication, strong relationship-building skills, and initiative.
- Organized, target-driven, and comfortable using a CRM; healthcare or wellness experience is an asset.
