The Nurse
Practitioner will manage complex health needs, engage in education and research, and exhibit leadership within the Hematology Interdisciplinary Team. Flexibility for virtual work is available Monday to Friday, 8-4. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical care to pediatric patients
- Develop individualized transition plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care
- Lead educational initiatives and research activities
- Support pre-bone marrow transplant care planning Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current RN certification in Extended Class
- Vulnerable Sector Check required
