About Canadian Centre for Development The Canadian Centre for Development is a pediatric rehabilitation clinic that supports children with disabilities from ages 0-18. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Behavioral Therapy and Massage Therapy.

As an Occupational Therapist, the successful candidate will:

- Conduct assessments and provide occupational therapy to children
- Develop and provide therapy
- Work on areas such as fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, self-care, executive functioning, and participation in daily activities
- Write reports and chart notes using standardized templates and Jane software
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support outcomes
- Report to the Clinical Lead or Supervisor
- Engage in ongoing career development and mentoring opportunities
- Provide services in-clinic, with potential for virtual sessions and community-based visits
- Provide services funded through FSCD

Experience and Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
- Comfortable and interested in working with the neurodivergent population
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload




- Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Understanding of and commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and client-centred care
- Experience working with pediatric populations is an asset

Compensation

- Competitive pay based on experience and regulatory guidelines
