West Elgin Community Health Centre is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to act as an HR generalist and strategic partner, delivering HR services and supporting staff development across the Centre.

You will lead the Healthy Workplace, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committees, ensure policy compliance, manage full-cycle recruitment, HRIS, compensation and performance, and coordinate training.
