Humans of HR is assisting a rapid-growing, publicly traded company in Vancouver to find a hands-on People & Culture Specialist. You will own onboarding, benefits administration and the people side of acquisitions, guiding the employee experience from offer letters to day one for regular hires and teams joining through M&A.;

You will collaborate with P&C; leadership and business partners, managing acquisition integrations, HRIS updates, and benefits for a largely multi-entity operation while growing
