Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medications accurately and on schedule, following all safety protocols
- Support patients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Experience





- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and senior care best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
- Ability to handle physical tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- Basic understanding of medication administration and safety procedures
