We are a GTA-based home care staffing agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. We connect compassionate, skilled PSWs with private clients across Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, and surrounding communities.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will be matched with private clients in their homes to provide personalized, one-on-one care. You will play a vital role in helping seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
- Following individualized care plans for each client

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Valid Ontario PSW Certificate from an accredited program
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Negative TB Test (within the last 12 months)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor

Preferred (not required):

- Previous home care or private client experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's clients
- Ability to speak a second language (Punjabi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Urdu, etc.)
