At Anytime Fitness Steinbach, we’re passionate about helping our members feel supported, confident, and successful in their fitness journeys. We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and enthusiastic Personal Trainer who enjoys building relationships, coaching members, and creating a welcoming gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver an exceptional member experience by providing friendly, professional assistance and building strong member relationships.




- Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and club tours for prospective and existing members.
- Design safe, effective, and personalized fitness programs based on individual goals and abilities.
- Deliver engaging one-on-one personal training sessions and help clients stay accountable to their goals.
- Provide machine orientations and educate members on proper exercise techniques and equipment use.
- Support membership sales, answer phone calls and emails, and assist with general front-desk and office duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and welcoming club environment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and help create an encouraging, judgment-free environment for members of all fitness levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience

- personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
