Build a career on results — not sessions.
Full-Time | T4 Employee | On-Target Earnings: $72,000–$78,000 at a full client book | Downtown Toronto
There is a version of personal training that most coaches enter the industry for. You coach. You learn. You get better. You change people's bodies and lives, and the better you become at producing results, the more valuable your career becomes.
Then there is the version most trainers actually experience: selling packages, prospecting the gym floor, posting on social media for leads, losing income when a client cancels, split shifts around empty afternoons, constantly rebuilding your client book just to protect your paycheque.
We built Arzadon Fitness differently. We generate the leads. We run the consultations. We close the clients. We provide the systems, environment and development. Your job is to become exceptional at coaching.
A different model for personal trainers
Arzadon Fitness is a private transformation facility built around one idea, Results by Design, Not by Chance. Our clients don't purchase blocks of sessions, they hire us to produce a transformation. Every client begins with a comprehensive Blueprint Assessment, starting point, goals, movement profile, body-composition data, lifestyle and nutrition. As a Transformation Expert, you own the coaching that follows, training, nutrition, accountability, progress tracking, adjustments, client experience.
The objective isn't to fill an hour. It's to create a measurable result. That's what you're developed, evaluated and rewarded for.
Stability without losing the upside
- Salaried T4 career track — guaranteed base salary, paid from day one
- Not a contractor arrangement, not a rent model, not per-session pay
- $72,000–$78,000 on-target earnings at a full client book
- More than $20,000 in annual performance incentive chance, including transformation bonuses tied to verified client outcomes (individual incentives up to $6,000) and $100–$600 renewal incentives when clients recommit
- Every compensation trigger documented and measurable — results verified, retention based on actual client continuation, progression based on defined standards
- The salary floor rises as you advance through our coaching standards
We don't want your earning potential determined by how aggressively you can sell another package. We want it determined by how valuable you become as a coach. We bring you the clients
No cold prospecting, no chasing leads, no building a following to eat,
no selling packages between appointments. Our team handles marketing, lead generation, consultations and sales. When a new client is assigned to you, they've already decided to be coached. Your responsibility is to make that decision one of the best investments they've made in themselves.
Your clients are not numbers on a schedule
We expect you to know your clients, their training, nutrition, measurements, adherence, limitations and goals, and whether your strategy is actually working. Progress is measured through body-composition data, measurements, performance markers, photographs, adherence and coaching observations. When progress stalls, we identify why. Then we adjust.
You won't be left alone to figure it out
You'll work directly alongside Arzadon's Founder and Head Coach and learn our system from the inside: the Blueprint Assessment, movement assessment, individualized program design, transformation standards, nutrition protocols, accountability systems, body-composition analysis, progress reviews, client communication and retention, case reviews and team workshops. You'll shadow experienced coaching, review real client cases, and take on responsibility as your competency grows.
Experienced trainers: if you're tired of being part coach, part salesperson, part marketer and part small-business owner, Arzadon gives you the platform, systems and client pipeline to focus deeply on your craft.
Newer coaches: a recent kinesiology degree or respected certification plus maturity, curiosity and coachability matter as much to us as years logged. You'll learn, shadow, be assessed, receive feedback, and the standard will rise as your capability does. For the right person, that's an opportunity, not a threat.
You'll likely thrive here if you:
- Genuinely care about producing visible, measurable client results
- Hold a recognized PT certification, kinesiology education or comparable background
- Understand resistance training and movement fundamentals
- Take nutrition, recovery and lifestyle seriously as parts of transformation
- Communicate professionally and confidently with clients
- Are meticulous with data, documentation and follow-through
- Accept coaching and feedback without becoming defensive
- Are comfortable being held accountable for client outcomes
- Enjoy being part of a team rather than operating as a trainer-within-a-gym
- Take pride in how you represent yourself and your workplace
Current First Aid/CPR certification is required before independently coaching clients. This probably isn't for you if...
You primarily want to build your own personal brand, operate your own training business from our floor, believe delivering the scheduled session is the full extent of a coach's responsibility, don't like having your coaching decisions reviewed, aren't interested in tracking client data, or you're looking for somewhere to show up, train, and go home. There are plenty of environments built for that. Arzadon isn't one of them.
What the working week looks like
Full-time, with approximately 30 client-facing coaching hours per week at a full book — not 40 back-to-back sessions. The rest of the role supports great coaching: programming, client communication, progress analysis, education, team development and coaching admin. Your schedule includes the times clients need us most, so some morning and evening availability is part of professional personal training.
A career, not a collection of sessions
As your competency, results and responsibility increase, so does your position. Progression is tied to defined coaching standards, client outcomes, retention and leadership — not popularity, politics, or how loudly someone asks for a raise.
About Arzadon Fitness A private transformation and longevity facility in downtown Toronto, built on a simple standard: if a client entrusts us with their body, health, time and money, we should be able to demonstrate that our coaching made a measurable difference. Results by Design, Not by Chance.
If that sounds like the career this industry was supposed to offer, we'd like to meet you. Apply with your resume — and if you're an experienced coach, include examples of client results or transformations that show the quality of your work. >
